The Foundations’ Fitness test challenge provides you with a well-balanced method of assessing your overall fitness. There are 10 tests in total which are broken down into strength endurance, power, speed and agility, cardiovascular fitness and body-stats.

There will always be variables due to the differences in the individuals taking part just as there are in all sporting events. You will have strengths and weaknesses in all the events and it is highly unlikely that anyone will hit a perfect 100 score. Bear that in mind when calculating your total score.
